To ensure your order arrives safely, we use FedEx and the services of Periship (www.periship.com). Periship is the leading logistics provider for the perishable food industry and monitors our shipments for potential delays due to weather or other factors. All delivery charges are assessed at cost and are based on weight and destination.
For Overnight Delivery, our shipping days are Monday through Thursday for delivery on Tuesday through Friday. For 2 Day Delivery, our shipping days are Monday through Wednesday for delivery on Wednesday through Friday. Saturday Delivery is available for an additional charge. Please call for details. Delivery not available on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas. We pack your chowder order in insulated Styrofoam boxes with a heavy corrugated cardboard outer package. Frozen, reusable gel packs are used to maintain proper temperature. We will make every effort to ship orders received by 3pm on the following business day. All orders are shipped signature release and do not require a signature. Please be sure, especially when sending a gift, to alert the recipient that a perishable package is coming. Order confirmation & tracking numbers are provided by email. GIFT CERTIFICATES are also available.
